Registration Fee

Participants are required to submit a full paper following the submission of their abstracts. All submissions, including abstracts and full papers, undergo a double-blind peer review process. Similarity checks are performed on full papers, with a maximum permissible similarity rate of 25%.

KAYES-IX Congress is recognized as an international congress and meets the academic promotion criteria in Türkiye. These criteria include faculty and instructor appointments, and applications for associate and full professorships. The participation quota allocated to Türkiye is 45%.

*The fee covers only one presentation. Under the condition that authors’ names are the same, participants pay €45 for an additional presentation. Participation is limited to maximum 2 presentations.
